I am taking a breath!

I feel as if I have been on a journey through the desert! I'm finally coming up for air - Los Angeles air to be exact! I am in LA for the last weekend of training for my coaching certification. Yeah!!!! Then it's home to Rhode Island for a few weeks to see my son Gregory, who just got a job in Dubai. So I won't be in the desert for at least a month. The oceans call me.
